Summerstar Tourist Parks is a proudly West Australian, family-owned group of caravan and holiday parks spanning across WA and SA. For nearly 30 years, we’ve been welcoming guests with our trademark mix of friendly local hospitality and genuine care.


We’re now seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide crucial support to our Operations Team and Park Managers. You’ll work across a variety of areas, from RMS administration to lease management and corporate bookings, helping ensure our parks deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.


This is a full-time, salaried position working primarily from home, though we’d like you to be Perth-based (or nearby) so you can attend occasional in-person meetings with our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support in RMS (or similar system) for park-based staff.

  • Assist with corporate, group, and guest bookings.

  • Maintain documentation and schedules relating to leases and rent reviews.

  • Support the Operations Team with day-to-day administration and coordination.

  • Liaise with Park Managers to help resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

  • Assist with staff and head office accommodation coordination.

  • Compile and distribute reports (e.g., guest feedback, vouchers, NPS).

About You
  • Experienced with RMS (or similar accommodation/booking system)essential.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

  • A self-starter who can work independently but thrives as part of a supportive team.

  • Previous experience in tourism, accommodation, or hospitality administration will be highly regarded.
