EACON Mining Technology delivers the world’s most deployed autonomous haulage system. Founded in 2018 in China, EACON provides turnkey solutions that optimise surface mining operations through scalable mixed fleet autonomy. Our flagship platform, ORCASTRA®, is fully OEM agnostic and compatible with trucks of any brand, whether new or existing. With vehicle level autonomy, 360-degree perception, and real time optimised dispatching, we help mines enhance safety, improve productivity, and accelerate their path to net zero. EACON also brings deep expertise in emission reducing powertrain technologies, offering hybrid electric, battery electric, and retrofit autonomy options to support a safer, greener mining future.
With the launch of Eacon Mining Technology Australia Pty Ltd in December 2023 and with the significant milestones of 2024, we have not only established our new office in West Perth but have also expanded collaboration with our partners and clients. We are rapidly growing, and as such, we are looking for talented professionals to join our thriving team in Perth.
We are looking for a local leader to head our operational team. The General Manager of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of EACON Mining Technology Australia Pty Ltd (Eacon Australia). The role holder is accountable for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of Eacon Australia's autonomous haulage system (AHS) technology across all active mine sites, and for the management of the technical, delivery, testing, training, and site-based functions that underpin this delivery.
