North West Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability and growth of the Europcar and AUS Fleet Solutions operations through the Pilbara region. The North West Operations Manager is accountable for delivering strong financial results, optimising fleet utilisation, developing high-performing teams and driving consistent customer experience across all North West branches.

This is a hands on role, reporting to the WA Rental Operations Manager, focused on supporting functions for operational improvement, business growth and increased profitability. As a senior leader, this role will provide strategic direction, drive, accountability and foster a culture focused on safety, customer service, and continuous management.

This role requires the following qualifications/experience:

Multi-site management experience within vehicle rental, transport, logistics, automotive or related industries
Strong understanding of operational performance management and business planning
Demonstrated understanding in training, developing and coaching employees
Proven leadership experience to motivate, manage and develop teams within an operations environment
Exposure in process management and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills
Sound problem solving and decision making skills
MR or HR vehicle licence would be highly regarded

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical to include a drug and alcohol test.
