We are looking for a part-time, Studio Operations Specialist for our Floreat studio. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role reporting directly to the Studio Success Manager.
You’ll assume responsibility for our members' experience in the studio. Every sense… what they see, hear, touch and smell to ensure a 5-star class experience every time!
Specific duties includeExperience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know in our supportive and team-oriented environment.
This is a part-time, 6 – 10 hours/week contractor role. Nominal hours of work are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend of your choosing). Working hours are flexible, however, they need to be outside of member peak hours, which are 5:15-9:00 am and 4:30-7:30 pm. In addition, there is the possibility of call-outs, events and local area networking. Compensation ranges from $30 – $40/hour (plus incentives) depending on your experience.
