Ducati Perth, Western Australia's authorised Ducati dealership, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to support the growth and promotion of the Ducati brand across the Western Australian market.

As the local representative of an internationally recognised Italian motorcycle manufacturer, this role requires a professional who can effectively develop and implement marketing initiatives while communicating across both Australian and Italian business and customer environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and Ducati brand standards.
Create, edit and manage engaging marketing content across digital platforms, social media channels, websites, email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Coordinate dealership events, product launches, customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and adapt marketing communications for Italian and English-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
Liaise with Ducati representatives, suppliers, customers and external stakeholders in both Australia and Italy.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer engagement reviews to identify marketing opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
Demonstrated ability to prepare professional written content for diverse audiences.
Strong organisational, communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
