Manager - Strategic Communications & Investor Relations

Support the GM Investor relations and Strategic Communications to deliver investor relations, corporate communications, market messaging, and stakeholder engagement activities.

For our client specifically, your role will effectively become the custodian of the company's narrative—ensuring the market understands the evolution from a collection of operating businesses into an integrated alternative to larger incumbents in our industry.
 
Your role

• Strengthen the group's profile with institutional and retail investors.
• Improve market understanding of the Group's strategy and growth platform.
• Increase engagement with analysts, brokers, and capital market participants.
• Establish a consistent and professional communication framework across investors, media, employees, and stakeholders.
• Support the Group's acquisition, capital management, and growth objectives through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

 
You

• Investor relations experience within an ASX-listed company.
• An understanding of capital markets and corporate finance.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, annual reports, and market announcements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear stakeholder messaging.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
