Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the Category and Contract Lead, you’ll help ensure procurement processes run smoothly while supporting value-for-money outcomes and maintaining strong governance standards. This is a varied role where your organisation, relationship-building and attention to detail will make a real impact. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team committed to delivering quality healthcare services and continuous improvement. As a Procurement Specialist in our Infrastructure team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliersPreparing and managing requests for quotation and supporting sourcing activitiesNegotiating with suppliers to achieve quality, service and value outcomesCoordinating subcontractor administration and monitoring contract performanceIdentifying procurement improvement opportunities and supporting cost-saving initiativesMaintaining accurate procurement records while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Serco is a place for you You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have Demonstrated procurement experience including quotations, evaluations and supplier engagementStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsA proactive and dependable approach with strong attention to detailExperience working within compliance and governance frameworksRelevant tertiary qualifications or postgraduate studies in Procurement, Business or a related field (desirable) In joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders who will help you achieve your goals.
