The Scheduling Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that staff schedules are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business demand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Workforce planning and scheduling
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Team leadership and people management
  • Stakeholder coordinator
  • Compliance and policy management
  • Systems and process improvement

To be successful in the role, you will be a well-presented, highly empathetic and compassionate person who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition, you will possess:

  • 2 years previous Team Leader experience in a community health setting
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues
  • Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to multi task in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • High level computer literacy (MS Office applications and CMS; preferably Alayacare)
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and also within a collaborative scheduling team
  • Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
