WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Trainee Plant Operators – Manufacturing. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who are keen to learn, build practical skills, and start a long-term career in a structured, safety-first environment.
You’ll be supported through on-the-job training to safely operate plant equipment, assist with manufacturing processes, and handle raw materials while working closely with experienced operators and supervisors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions well, and takes pride in contributing to a team.
