Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager Location: Henderson (Perth), Western Australia Employment: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with marine maintenance service experience. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement process and spare parts coordination for HVAC and refrigeration projects, supporting technical quotations, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This hybrid role entails strong logistics coordination, compliance management, and supplier relationship responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Source and procure spare parts, HVAC/R materials, and technical equipment in line with marine project specificationsPrepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations applying your HVAC/R technical knowledgeSupport the service department with spare parts identification, technical clarifications, and solution proposalsManage client communications regarding quotations, lead times, parts availability, and logisticsCoordinate internally with service technicians, project managers, and commercial teams to align procurement with service schedulesHandle invoicing, documentation, and payment follow-up processesEnsure compliance with company policies, marine industry standards, OEM recommendations, and relevant trade regulationsOversee domestic and international logistics including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and deliveriesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and OEMs to negotiate pricing, improve lead times, and secure after-sales supportIdentify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvementsMaintain accurate procurement records, update systems, and provide regular progress reports to management Experience & Qualifications HVAC/R Technician background with marine experience, progressing into procurement or service support rolesStrong technical understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems within the marine environmentExperience in procurement, spare parts coordination, logistics, or technical service supportProven ability to track purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and report on logistics statusCompetence in managing domestic and international freight, customs, and delivery coordinationExcellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail in procurement workflows and documentationAbility to prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Xero and ApprovalMax for purchasing, invoicing, and approvals managementRefrigeration Handling Licence (ARC) and/or Restricted Electrical Licence is highly desirableProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Why Join Us?
