The Role

Our Bases vary significantly depending on the Services that they support. As an Estate Management & Planning team member, you will build strong relationships with various military, civilian and contractor stakeholders with a shared focus on the sustainable management of the Defence Estate to support operational Defence capabilities.

From strategic planning to on-the-ground project and estate management, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of the most complex and strategically important estate portfolios in Australia. • Engage with Defence stakeholders to understand operational requirements and provide estate solutions that directly support Defence capability.
  • Collaborate with contracted industry partners to plan, deliver and manage large-scale infrastructure and estate projects, ensuring outcomes align with future requirements.
  • Participate in fora providing input into operational support of base capabilities.
  • Work in an integrated team-of-teams supporting our National Defence Security for the Nation.

About our Team

EWZ Teams are responsible for effectively securing, managing and maintaining Defence Bases across Australia. This work is a critical business enabler of Defence capabilities, prioritising base resources and ensuring service delivery standards across the Defence estate. You will be part of a proactive and dynamic team that is trusted and proven, contributing to a positive service delivery culture.

Our Ideal Candidate
