Site Manager - Junior (Manufacturing)

📍 Maddington, WA | Part-Time (20 hours per week)

We're seeking a Site Manager / Project Manager - Junior to support the delivery of manufacturing and fabrication projects from our Maddington office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on across manufacturing documentation, quality, and coordination — ensuring projects run smoothly and meet client expectations.

• Coordinate manufacturing and fabrication project activities

• Manage engineering documentation (drawings, specs, reports)

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

• Support quality assurance and compliance processes

• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, QA)

• Communicate with clients and provide project updates

• 7+ years' experience in project coordination, site management, or manufacturing environment

• Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering projects

• Specific experience in precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and QA processes

• Confident communicator with ability to liaise with stakeholders
