We're on the hunt for a Workshop / Procurement / Fleet Coordinator who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment where no two days look the same. One morning you might be knee-deep in stock control, the next you're coordinating deliveries across WA or welcoming a new team member on their first day

You'll work alongside our site managers to source and move materials to job sites all over Western Australia, keeping our field teams busy and well-equipped. Along the way, you'll get to know the components used in the electrical and fire detection industries inside out — whether you're starting from scratch or topping up existing knowledge, we'll make sure you get there.

Our workshop will be your domain. Using Simpro, you'll stay on top of stock so our field crews can walk in, grab what they need, and get back out on the road without missing a beat. Sometimes that means loading the truck, sometimes it means jumping in yourself and making a delivery — whatever keeps the team moving.

You'll also play a key role in bringing new staff into the fold, running inductions and walking them through our safety, time entry, uniform, and PPE policies. With a fleet of 25 vehicles to keep an eye on, your attention to detail will be put to good use — managing compliance checks, servicing schedules, and general maintenance.

We're always looking to do things better, so your ideas on improving our systems and reporting won't just be welcomed — they'll be acted on.

What you'll bring:

• Manual driver's licence

• Confidence with Microsoft 365

• A genuine eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

• OH&S Certificate III or above is a bonus, but not a deal breaker — we love investing in our people
