What we are looking for: 

We are seeking an additional detailed-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our expanding Perth based team. In this role, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in sourcing and managing the supply of critical mining consumables and equipment. This is a key position in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement aligned with Drillcube’s operational goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the procurement of goods and services globally, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

• Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on performance, quality, and cost.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.

• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to analyse market trends and supplier performance.

• Proficiency in Pronto ERP (preferable) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
