Task & responsibilities

Driving heavy vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
Loading and unloading cargo safely
Securing loads in compliance with safety standards
Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
Performing routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Ensuring compliance with road laws and fatigue management regulations
Maintaining accurate delivery records and logbooks
Communicating effectively with dispatch and clients
Reporting vehicle faults, incidents, or delays promptly

Qualification & experience

AQF Certificate II or III in Driving Operations or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant truck driving experience
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Licence (HR/HC/MC as required)
Good driving record and understanding of road safety regulations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
