We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and support workforce solutions across KW Civil & Construction, Gajawari KW and our valued external client base. You will be working on a variety of roles and projects, while becoming a trusted part of a close-knit team that genuinely values its people and the relationships it builds.

About Us
KW Projex is the labour hire division supporting KW Civil & Construction and Gajawari KW, while also providing workforce solutions to leading civil construction, earthworks, mining and infrastructure companies across Western Australia. We specialise in connecting skilled personnel with projects throughout the state, delivering reliable labour support and building long-term workforce partnerships.

About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter, you'll work closely with our Labour Hire Manager and operational teams to support recruitment activities across a variety of blue-collar, white-collar, and civil construction roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates through SEEK, social media and internal databases
• Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews and reference checks
• Assisting with medicals, inductions and onboarding requirements
• Building talent pools of operators, tradespeople and civil construction personnel
• Managing candidate communications and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with job advertisements and recruitment marketing
• Building strong relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout their employment journey

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment, administration, or sales experience is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with people and building meaningful relationships
• A proactive approach and the confidence to build relationships within the industry
