Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

TO BE CONSIDERED

(Essential criteria)

Current Property Management Registration (WA)
Valid Driver’s license
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Previous experience managing a portfolio
Familiar with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)
