• Managing a VERY tidy portfolio (approx. 85% aorund the office)
• Coordinating maintenance & repairs 
• Chatting with landlords and tenants daily
• Handling rent arrears, lease renewals & final bonds
• Attending home viewings
• Support from a Senior Property Manager and an Assistant 
• PCRs outsourced
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am–5pm
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Must have Property Management experience (or have been an assistant)
• MUST also have a good sense of humour as this is a fun office
• Current PM Registration & Driver’s Licence
• You can work solo, stay organised, and be trusted to just get it done
• Great communicator with sharp attention to detail
• Customer service skills that make people feel heard
• Hardworking, patient, and cool under pressure
