About the role:
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
The work will include:

Commercial disputes for institutional and substantial private clients
Drafting pleadings, correspondence, court documents and advice
Legal research and assisting with matter strategy
Managing files, deadlines and competing priorities
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive Perth team

The ideal candidate:

3 – 6 years PQE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
