About Us
We are a successful and driven Commercial Agency experiencing a rapid growth within our Property Management Department. We have a dedicated Leasing Team, allowing you to effectively managing the property.
We’re looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
Build and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships
Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent reviews
Co-ordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor services
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and lease obligations
Provide accurate financial reporting and budgeting
Identify opportunities to enhance property performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident communication style with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Results-focused, highly organized, proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of lease agreements and property legislation
Proactive management of property maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are kept to the highest standard
Strong understanding of numbers, financial concepts, accounts and budgets.
Proven ability to effectively utilise CIRRUS8 Property Management Software (or similar) to manage portfolios efficiently
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).
Current registration as a Property Manager in Western Australia
A current WA Driver's License
Your own registered and reliable motor vehicle
