Property Inspector

🚗 CASUAL PROPERTY INSPECTOR WANTED 🏡
(With a temporary full-time adventure this July/August!)

Do you enjoy being out and about instead of stuck behind a desk? Love attention to detail, taking photos, and having every day look a little different? We’re on the hunt for a reliable, organised and easy-going Casual Property Inspector to join the team!

This role is a casual role with approximately 10–15 hours per week, however applicants MUST be available to commit to full-time hours for a 5-week period during July/August.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

• Completing property inspections throughout the Perth metro area

• Taking detailed photos and documenting property condition

• Preparing clear and accurate inspection reports via smartphone/tablet

• Completing Dictaphone/audio recordings

• Noting any maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns

• Collecting/returning keys and attending properties independently

• Communicating professionally with property managers and tenants

🚘 What you’ll need:

• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

• A smartphone (Apple/iPhone)

• Confidence completing Dictaphone/audio recordings

• Great attention to detail

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Confidence working independently

• A friendly and professional attitude

• Ability to commit to full-time hours for 5 weeks in July/August

📸 Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in property management, inspections or real estate

• Can spot a missing lightbulb from 10 metres away 👀

All training will be provided, so we’re more interested in finding someone reliable, motivated and ready to learn.
