We are seeking a Part-time Manager (20-25 hours/week) to join our integrative health team, working collaboratively alongside a dedicated team of holistic GPs, allied health practitioners and complimentary health practitioners.

We are an Integrative medical health clinic in Mount Lawley specialising in holistic medicine alongside allied and complimentary health practitioners. Our mission is to provide the best of whole person holistic care that acknowledges patients' sovereignty, empowering our patients to claim back their health in all areas.

Role Details:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about holistic health and wellness. Working closely with the owner, your pivotal role will be to manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the clinic and deliver superior customer service and care, ensuring that our patients are fully supported, informed, and engaged in their wellness journeys.

The role is ideally suited to someone with excellent people skills, administrative skills, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing. You must be fiercely organised, efficient, and intelligent, with a strong ability to deliver a high level of service and coordination.

Location:

We have a newly renovated federation character premises, within walking distance from the Mount Lawley train station. Includes rear-of-building parking for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care: Oversee the smooth running of the Practice, ensuring the reception team efficiently schedule appointments, process payments, welcome patients and ensuring patients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

Communication: Handle client inquiries and feedback, liaise with practitioners to ensure seamless service and safe and timely collaboration of patient care.

Financial Management: Daily bank reconciliation, Medicare billing processes, monitoring accounts receivable, managing budgets and preparing financial reports.

Privacy: Manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism

Technology: Manage platforms including Best Practice and Xero.

Advanced user-level proficiency in Best Practice software is required for effective platform management and patient record administration.

Advanced user-level experience with Xero software is essential for comprehensive financial management and reporting functions.

- Dynamic, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease.

- Engaging and approachable, with a genuine passion for client care.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using with Microsoft office, electronic medical records and managing financial transactions

- Previous Management experience in a medical practice is essential. A strong customer service culture and experience is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a medical practice environment is required.
