Practice Nurse

Due to rapid growth and expansion, Ravenswood Family Practice and The Bridge Family Practice has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Casual (potential to go Part-Time), suitably qualified Registered or Enrolled Nurse. Essential Criteria:

• AHPRA Registered

• Previous GP Practice experience

• Immunisation Certificate (desirable)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work cooperatively and independently

• Ability to prioritise and organise with attention to detail

The Role:

The successful candidate will be required to perform all routine nursing duties in general practice. Those include but are not limited to:

• Patient Triage

• Immunisations

• Chronic Disease Management

• Wound Care

• Care Plans and Health Assessments

• ECG

• Spirometry

• Assisting with procedures such as excisions, biopsies…

• Infection Control

• Document Management
