  • Salary to $100,000 + Super + Fuel
  • Minimal outside work & a team of in-house admin support and Assistant.
  • Flexible working arrangements after probation, with AH phone calls on a quarterly roster. No long long hours

  • Team events, Melbourne Cup day, Christmas party. etc 
  • Tech-savvy paperless office
  • Ongoing training and support from Directors
The Role:
  • Managing a portfolio  in the outer northern suburbs.
  • High level support from in house Inspections agent, Assistant property manager and VA.
  • No finals, no leasing, no PCR's or trust accounting.
  • Minimal outside work required

  • Property Management Registration
  • Tidy presentation and professional attitude
  • Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills 
  • Team player, enjoys collaborating and working with a high-performing team
