About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the Mercer Bryant First National Real Estate team in Pinjarra. As a full-time Property Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Property Manager and ensure exceptional service to landlords, tenants and tradespeople.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords
Market available properties and facilitate the leasing process
Maintain accurate records and property documentation
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address any issues that arise
Work closely with tradespeople and contractors to coordinate property maintenance and repairs

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and databases
A valid driver's licence
Australian citizenship is required for this position
