About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the Mercer Bryant First National Real Estate team in Pinjarra. As a full-time Property Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Property Manager and ensure exceptional service to landlords, tenants and tradespeople.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords

  • Market available properties and facilitate the leasing process

  • Maintain accurate records and property documentation

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address any issues that arise

  • Work closely with tradespeople and contractors to coordinate property maintenance and repairs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

  • Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in using property management software and databases

  • A valid driver's licence

  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
