The Prime Group is a diverse Group of property and construction companies that specialise in developing, building, selling, marketing and managing of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Our property management division is expanding and is seeking an experienced cleaner to maintain our neighbourhood shopping centre located in Baldivis.

The Role:

You’ll maintain to a high standard of cleanliness our highly regarded and recognised shopping centre.

The role is part time and consists of 20 hours per week:

Winter - Monday to Friday: 7am to 11am

All other seasons – Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 10:30am

You will be required to undertake tasks which include but not limited to; maintaining all internal and external common areas, cleaning of toilet facilities, emptying and cleaning of bins and reporting issues to our property managers.

Equipment, cleaning products and uniform is provided.

Our Requirements:

We are seeking a cleaner that has cleaning experience, holds a current WA drivers’ licence and national police clearance certificate, able to complete all physical requirements of the job, reliable and punctual, able to work independently and is conscientious, excellent communicator both written and verbal, well organised and able to meet deadlines.
