What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage head contracts and subcontracts from award through to final account
  • Coordinate procurement, cost tracking, and commercial documentation
  • Prepare and assess variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
  • Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting and compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Background in commercial and/or education sector projects
  • Solid understanding of WA contract administration and cost control
  • Experience with CHEOPS or Procore highly regarded
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Perth-based with full Australian working rights
A respected WA-based commercial builder is growing its delivery team and is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a consistent pipeline of metro-based commercial and education projects.

This role offers stability, structure, and the chance to work on projects that are properly planned and well resourced. You’ll be trusted to manage the commercial function day-to-day while working alongside supportive Project Managers and site teams.
