We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to lead and oversee our quality, risk management, governance, and compliance functions. This role is critical in ensuring our services meet all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Must have proven track record and recent experience working for a profit community care provider.

Responsibilities in quality management

  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
  • Monitor compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Manage continuous improvement activities.
  • Review client satisfaction and service outcomes.
  • Coordinate accreditation and audit preparation.

Responsibilities in Risk Management

  • Maintain the organisational Risk Register.
  • Identify and assess operational, clinical, financial, and workplace risks.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses.
  • Monitor risk mitigation strategies.
  • Report significant risks to the executive team

Responsible for Consumer engagement:

  • Oversee incident reporting systems.
  • Investigate serious incidents.
  • Monitor complaints and feedback.
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Risk Management, Healthcare, Nursing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality, risk, and compliance management within aged care, disability services, healthcare, or community services.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality StandardsNDIS Practice Standards, and relevant Australian legislation.
  • Experience coordinating audits, accreditation processes, and compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Current National Police Clearance and valid Australian driver's licence.
