The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities that expand across many facets of the company and the day to day functions.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of CRM data, dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate new land releases
  • Supports the campaign and media strategy
  • Collaboration with builder partners in relation to presentations, events, house and land packaging.
  • Maintain project websites including builder portals
  • Contribute articles and content for the Parcel website
  • Prepare and execute content strategies across project social media pages
  • Assist in the coordination and attendance at community and builder events

You

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Flexible approach and attitude towards multi-tasking
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent PC skills with thorough experience in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Experience in a similar role in the building or real estate industry
  • InDesign, Photoshop and Google Analytics experience will be highly regarded
