We're an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality, sustainable, and environmentally friendly fluids and powdered products for use in Civil Construction, Drill and Blast, HDD Drilling, Geothermal, Mining, and Water Well industries.

As a growing, quality-driven business, we are seeking a motivated Process Technician to join our team. While experience in chemical mixing is highly regarded, we offer full training for the right candidate and welcome applicants from a range of technical or industrial backgrounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking and willing to build experience in manufacturing Australian made environmentally safe and sustainable products that are used world wide.

About the Role:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, including:

· Interpreting Bill of Materials (BOMs) and ensuring all materials are picked or ordered in a timely manner to meet scheduling requirements

· Mixing and decanting Mudex products to meet daily production volumes

· Operating and maintaining processing and blending equipment

· Working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

· Monitoring production parameters to ensure consistency and quality

· Completing accurate batch documentation and production records

· Assisting with periodic maintenance and cleaning to ensure maximum plant uptime

· Operating forklifts and lifting equipment safely (training can be provided if required)

· For the right candidate: training staff and ensuring all safe working procedures are adhered to

· Managing paperwork (Batch Cards, SDS sheets etc) ensuring all required details are captured and meeting specifications

· Following production instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

About you:

You'll be a great fit if you have:

· Motivated and able to work both with direction and independently

· A strong work ethic with reliable attendance

· Experience in chemical mixing, manufacturing, industrial processing or toll blending

· Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience required

· Forklift license is advantageous

· A willingness to learn all aspects of our products and grow within the role

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

· Must hold a valid work visa or other appropriate Australian work rights
