ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support our Cables business in Kewdale, WA. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and operations team, ensuring the smooth coordination of production, customer orders, and documentation.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting workflow efficiency, and delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager and operations team
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and workshop documentation
  • Manage job creation, data entry, and record keeping in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations)
  • Process customer quotations, orders, and invoicing activities
  • Coordinate customer enquiries, calls, and site visitors
  • Maintain registers, databases, and documentation
  • Manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and invoice checks
  • Support production reporting and follow-up of actions
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and quality systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to support workflow efficiency

ABOUT YOU

Education & Qualifications

  • Certificate II or III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Technical Skills

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations or similar)
  • Strong data entry and record management capabilities

Experience

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a workshop, manufacturing, or services environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
