Technical Business Analyst / AI Enablement Business Analyst📍 Location: Perth, WA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)📅 Contract Length: 6 Months💰 Rate: Up to $1,100 AUD per day We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / AI Enablement Business Analyst to join a leading organisation driving AI adoption, process optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI, while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and prioritised backlogs.Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements and delivery-ready artefacts.Facilitate workshops to define current-state and future-state processes.Identify business processes suitable for automation, optimisation, or AI enablement.Collaborate with business users, IT teams, data specialists, security, governance, and leadership stakeholders.Support initiatives through the full lifecycle, including discovery, design, testing, rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement.Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, reports, decision papers, and user-facing materials.Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation teams.
