• Install, service, and repair equipment, including welding and measuring systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and long-term account growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, service work, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and achieve business objectives.

• Qualified Panel Beater with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven ability to grow customer accounts, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel throughout Perth as required.
