Digital Marketing

InStyle Ceramics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to join our passionate team. Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys combining creativity with practical execution. The position is full time, but permanent part-time hours would be considered for the suitable applicant.

• Updating and managing our Shopify website, including product listings, layout updates, and optimization

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and social platforms

• Creating engaging digital content, including email marketing, blog posts, and social media

• Monitoring performance metrics and helping with marketing reports

• Supporting day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks

• Working collaboratively with a friendly, motivated, and design-focused team

• Experience with Shopify product uploads and basic product management is required

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Shopify experience for website management

• Strong skills in marketing and content creation

• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience required

• Specific experience with Mailchimp email marketing platform is essential

• A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

• The ability to take direction while also working independently and contributing ideas

• Bonus: Background or interest in interiors, design, fashion or ceramics

• Australian work rights are required for this position
