About SREPS
Specialised Resource Products & Services (SREPS) designs and delivers innovative drilling solutions for the global resources sector. Our work spans engineering, design and manufacturing of reverse circulation drill rigs, hammers and bits. The company is also the Australian and New Zealand dealer for Fraste SPA drill rigs from Italy. We are currently operating in two facilities - Wangara and Bassendean.

About the role
We are seeking a Business Administration Officer to provide trusted support to our CEO and leadership team. This role sits at the heart of the business and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly across office coordination, WHS support, internal systems support and finance administration support. You will be given real responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to help improve how the business operates as it grows.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, structure and being relied upon.
What you will be doing
Office, Business Administration and Management Systems
Keeping the offices running smoothly, including orders and replenishing supplies
Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
Supporting onboarding and administration for staff and contractors
Assisting with procedures, forms, registers and document control
Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Helping keep systems practical, current and audit-ready
Supporting potential decisions to implement ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001/14001/45001)
Operations and Project Support
Working closely with the CEO on day-to-day operational needs
Assisting with internal trackers, registers and coordination activities
Special projects
Work Health & Safety - Support role
(Administrative and coordination support only - accountability remains with Operation Managers)
Supporting maintenance of WHS registers and records
Tracking inspections for fire equipment, racking, shelving, tools and plant
Coordinating inspections and servicing with external providers
Maintaining induction, licence and training records
Assisting with incident, hazard and near-miss documentation
Supporting audit readiness through organised WHS documentation
Managing workers comp claims
Finance and Accounts Administration (as needed)
Assist with processing supplier invoices
Raising and tracking purchase orders
Generating and issuing customer invoices
About you
Essential:
Experience in office administration, business support and/or accounts administration
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing invoices, purchase orders and expenses
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working with autonomy
Strong communication skills and a practical, down-to-earth approach
Desirable:
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, mining or construction environments
Exposure to WHS systems or ISO frameworks
Exposure to worker's comp claims
Current Australian driver's licence
