a&co are partnering with a respected aged care and community services provider in Perth to recruit a dedicated Quality & Compliance Officer.

This pivotal role ensures the delivery of safe, high‑quality care across the organisation’s Aged Care programs, supporting accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will lead accreditation processes, oversee internal audits, strengthen compliance systems, and champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance — Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, Aged Care Quality Standards and WHS requirements, while advising leadership on regulatory changes.
  • Accreditation Management — Lead and coordinate accreditation processes, maintain documentation, and support teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Policy Development — Develop, review and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Internal Audits — Plan and conduct internal audits including clinical files, privacy, credentialing, WHS and risk assessments; track corrective actions.
  • Quality & Risk Management — Maintain the Quality & Risk Framework, monitor indicators, conduct risk assessments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in quality, compliance or governance within aged care, health or community services (must have).
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes (must have).
  • Ability to lead audits, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership and frontline teams.
  • A commitment to person‑centred care and a values‑driven approach.
