About the role
Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, this role plays a critical part in delivering frontline IT support to WesCEF users across core business applications, meeting room technology's, and end‑user hardware. As the front line of IT&S, the Service Desk represents the IT function to the business, making strong customer service, professionalism, and clear communication essential to success in this role.
The role supports users across multiple channels and manages a mix of incidents and service requests in a fast‑paced Service Desk environment. This requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers,
manage competing priorities, and maintain a customer‑focused approach in problem solving and resolution.
