Receptionist - Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time (Hours can be negotiate) Receptionist to join our team at Ryders Auto Centre in Belmont, WA 6104. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

• Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar

• Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and general office duties

• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Minimum of 1+ years of customer service or reception experience required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and computer applications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email systems is essential

• A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service

• Australian work rights are required for this position
