We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised professional to join our team as our Marketing Coordinator and support the development of our Over 50’s Lifestyle Resorts throughout Western Australia.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution and coordination of marketing activity across our portfolio of resorts…which is rapidly expanding. This diverse and dynamic role requires a motivated and adaptable individual who can handle a range of responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing coordination and execution support with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Central point of coordination between stakeholders.

  • Event and seminar coordination.

  • On-ground content coordination.

  • Management of the marketing asset library.

  • Resort Magazine coordination.

  • Digital and website quality assurance.

  • Supporting our brand quality assurance providers.

  • PR opportunity coordination.

  • Gather and provide feedback.

  • Identify opportunities for new content, resident stories and campaign enhancements.

  • Marketing reporting and visibility.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or coordination roles.

  • Strong written communication and proofreading capability.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and opportunities.

  • Experience working with external agencies (desirable).
