ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Marketing & Sales Manager to lead and deliver campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
In this role, you will take full control of the overall management and leadership of all aspects of the Project Marketing and Sales function, driving delivery and performance across the full project lifecycle.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have been successful in a similar role with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Execute project marketing campaigns from instruction through to delivery
– Coordinate agencies, designers, media, printers, and digital suppliers
– Manage campaign timelines across multiple developments
– Implement email campaigns, website updates, and digital rollouts
– Coordinate print, signage, outdoor, and sales collateral production
– Assist with display suite marketing and project launches
– Maintain campaign momentum during construction phases
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (CONTINUED)
– Support sales teams with marketing materials and campaign updates
– Manage CRM marketing workflows and lead communications
– Monitor campaign progress and report on implementation status
– Identify and resolve execution issues proactively
– Plan and implement Meta advertising campaigns across active developments
– Coordinate and implement Google Ads campaigns
– Monitor lead flow, enquiry trends, and campaign timing to optimise performance
REQUIREMENTS
– 5 to 10 years of marketing execution experience in a similar role
– Proven experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
– Experience coordinating multiple external suppliers
– Strong project and timeline management capability
– Ability to operate with minimal supervision
– Experience in fast-paced or project-driven environments
– Commercially practical decision-making approach
– Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
– Property, construction or development industry experience highly regarded
