$80,000 - $88,000 Annual

This role exists to keep our clients' print and related software's running reliably — from initial hardware installs and network configuration through to ongoing remote support when things go wrong. You'll be the technical point of contact both for end users experiencing issues and for client IT teams needing deployment guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Install hardware (printers, peripherals, workstation components) and deploy software at client sites.
  • Configure IP addressing and network settings for printers on network and server.
  • Install and troubleshoot printer-related software (drivers, scanning utilities, Well Connected internal applications).
  • Resolve software/driver faults & network faults via remote support.
  • Monitor the managed print fleet through Printanista and ECI DCA, diagnosing connectivity issues and redeploying agents as needed.
  • Provide deployment and server-side configuration guidance to clients' IT/MSP teams.

  • Configuring IP addresses and network settings for printers and workstations on client networks.
  • Installing and troubleshooting printer-related software including drivers, scanning utilities, Well Connected applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software and Hardware faults via remote support.
  • Monitoring the managed print fleet through Printanista and ECI DCA, and redeploying agents to restore device connectivity.
  • Providing deployment specifications and server-side configuration guidance to client IT/MSP teams.

Qualification & experience

Qualifications & experience

  • 1-4 years' experience in IT support, hardware installation, or network configuration
  • Certificate IV in Information Technology (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and printer/network device configuration
  • Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing hardware and software faults
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites across the Perth metro area
