Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Australia Stone Group (ASG) owns and operates natural stone quarries in Western Australia and supplies premium Australian dolomite and natural stone products to customers across Australia, Italy, China, North America and Southeast Asia.

ASG is building a globally recognised Australian natural stone brand. We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support our international growth.

The Opportunity

• Work directly with international clients and industry leaders.
• Participate in global exhibitions, marketing campaigns and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist with website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional activities.

2. Business Development & Customer Support
- Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, distributors, and key clients.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations, samples, and customer requests.

3. Exhibition & Event Coordination
- Support international exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional events.

4. Order & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate customer orders, shipping schedules, and export logistics.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Australian driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia

Preferred:
• Experience in marketing, sales support, or international trade.
• Experience in construction materials, architecture, design, or natural stone industries.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: AUD 65,000 – 80,000 + Superannuation
