Production Operator - Canning Vale, WA

About the Role

Our client, a global leader in gases and engineering, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join their team based in Canning Vale.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for filling and handling gas cylinders, forklift operation, preparing customer orders, and ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company offering a supportive team culture and long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filling, handling, testing, and processing cylinders
  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading cylinders
  • Sorting, cleaning, and processing cylinders on the production line
  • Preparing customer orders for dispatch and delivery
  • Ensuring all products meet documented specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following written procedures and safety protocols at all times
  • Working collaboratively within a small and supportive team

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Previous experience working within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment
  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence - ESSENTIAL
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to repetitively lift 10-20kg cylinders
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
  • Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours

Hours & Pay Rate

Monday to Friday
3:30am - 12:30pm
$35 per hour
