An immediate start is required for an experienced recruiter with white collar sourcing expertise.

Our client is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Recruitment Partner for an immediate-start temporary contract within the facilities services sector. This is a critical role focused on sourcing and attracting high-calibre managerial and professional talent across multiple business functions.

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead proactive sourcing strategies for white-collar positions, including senior managers, operational leaders, and corporate specialists
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and business priorities
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across facilities services disciplines
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, networks, talent communities, and market mapping
  • Conduct market insights and competitor analysis to inform hiring strategy
  • Manage candidate engagement and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Support and influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights

To be successful in your application, you will have proven experience of recruiting white collar managerial and supervisory positions from within the facilities services or hospitality sectors. It is essential that you can commence immediately and commit to a minimum of three months. Upon successful completion of training, the role will offer one day working from home.
