As an HR Advisor at WCA Solutions, you'll manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on the mining and resources sector, providing hands-on, commercially grounded HR advisory services across the full employment lifecycle. One day you might be advising a mid-tier mining operator on a complex ER matter; the next you could be supporting a client through a workforce restructure or performance management process. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role compelling for the right person.
