Recruitment Consultant

As a Consultant, you will work alongside an experienced team and partner with a diverse range of clients. You will play a key role in contributing to Clarity Partners’ continued growth and reputation for excellence in the recruitment industry.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and organisational culture
• Proactively source and evaluate candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
• Manage offer negotiations to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
• Monitor and analyse industry trends, providing clients and stakeholders with relevant market insights
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
