About the Role

Based in Canning Vale, you'll be the first point of contact for customers picking up orders.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll build relationships, support customers, and ensure every interaction is a positive one.

What You'll Be Doing

Serve customers at the counter and assist with order collections
Provide product support (training provided)
Answer phone enquiries and support customer requests
Build strong relationships with regular trade customers
Process orders and use internal systems (Magento / Arrow)
Work closely with the warehouse and sales team

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication skills - you enjoy dealing with people
Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a bonus)
Reliable and team-oriented
Background in retail, trade, warehouse, or customer service highly regarded

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

6:30am - 2:30pm OR 8:30am - 5:00pm

Alternate Saturdays: 5:30am - 9:30am
