What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing an established portfolio of industrial clients
  * Building strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery
  * Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality candidates into temporary and ongoing roles
  * Conducting client meetings, site visits, service reviews, walk-throughs and toolbox talks
  * Identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  * Cross-selling Zoom's recruitment solutions across multiple service lines
  * Working closely with our national support team to ensure workforce demands are consistently met
  * Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
  * Maintaining compliance and ensuring best-practice recruitment processes are followed

About You

• Previous recruitment agency experience is essential
  * Experience within labour hire, industrial, transport, logistics or blue-collar recruitment highly regarded
  * Proven ability to build strong client relationships and grow accounts
  * Commercially minded with a passion for business development and customer service
  * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  * Experience using FastTrack or similar recruitment systems is advantageous
  * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine desire to succeed
