Samphire Rottnest and Hotel Rottnest are iconic, high-volume hospitality destinations delivering exceptional guest experiences. As our business continues to thrive, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to own and lead our talent acquisition efforts and build the team.
Key duties:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen high-quality candidates.
Planning and owning the recruitment full cycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates.
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
Receiving and recording job vacancy information provided by head of department managers.
Find the candidates to fill vacant positions in the company, sourcing candidates across different HR systems.
Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a recruitment
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning within a high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection techniques
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Salary between $80,000 and $100,000 per year.
