Role DescriptionThe Head of Organisational Design & Development is an exciting opportunity in our People, Safety & Environment business unit based at our Perth Central Park office.
This role is accountable for shaping, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's learning and leadership development strategies. This role ensures that talent development initiatives align with Synergy’s mission, vision, and long-term goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Responsible for the growth and development of internal capability across the organisation through the design and development of innovative learning programs and development frameworks to help Synergy deliver on strategic imperatives.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager People Safety and Environment, this role works as a collaborative member of the senior leadership team and demonstrates a commitment to safety, customer and community centricity, and creating a high-performance culture where people thrive and seamlessly adapt to change.
